- ETERNITY -
From the day we're born, eternity's clock has started for us. The "dash" we see on grave markers represents our life we lived out while here. However, our lives don't stop just because we died. On the contrary, in reality it has just began. So, here is the ultimate question... Where will you spend eternity? The Bible is very clear where our soul will be forever joined with our eternal God-given spirit. You don't believe what I just said... well, that does not change the truth about why Christ came to live on earth and become the sacrificial "lamb" that needed to shed His blood and die for your sins and mine. Think about it for a moment? If we could be "good" enough, there would be no need for Christ to give His life for mankind.
At the crucifixion the thief on Jesus' right cursed Him and said if He were who He said He was, then save them all. But the thief on His left believed in Christ and silenced the other thief. Jesus said to the thief on His left "...this day you will be with Me in Paradise." So the choice is crystal clear. Reject the work of the cross and perish or accept Gods perfect plan through His Son and live. As they say... the ball is in your court - say YES to Christ and accept His forgiveness! How you ask... it is as simple as asking Him. Just pray something like this... Dear Father, have mercy by forgiving me from the filth of all my sin and wash my soul with your redeeming blood, in Jesus' name, Amen! As a "born again" believer you are now a part of Gods great family, created to Know, Love and Fear Him forever.
Jesus Himself said... "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me." John 14:6
