AMEN Supply is a Old/New School parts supplier serving the general public. Currently we only ship within the continental United States any size order. No order is too small for us to meet your need. We will make every effort to fill your order and ship upon receipt of cleared payment. NOTE: Prices MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
ORDERING:
Our website is available 24-hours per day for viewing products. We are open Monday - Saturday and should any question arise, please feel free to call us (1-352-537-0227) at our normal business hours of 9am - 5pm OR if outside of these hours, please e-mail us and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
FREE shipping does apply for purchases OVER $199.99 but there are some exceptions based on Dimensional Weight (see SHIPPING below). Leave the Item Part Number(s) on the ORDER portal, and we will notify you of the TOTAL COST to ship your purchase. Occasionally an item is placed on BACK ORDER which we will notify you. We can also notify you as soon as it becomes available as a courtesy. Note also, that items that are sold as Pairs, Sets, Pack etc. cannot be sold individually. Order may be filled from either/or both the Newburgh, NY or St. Joseph, MO warehouses. We accept Discover, Master or Visa cards and it must clear first to ship item(s).
SHIPPING:
All orders will be Drop-shipped to the address you provide via a major ground carrier service. We can Air or Over-night ship, but it is expensive and should be avoided. If a single item is over 30# ie. Frames, Engines etc. there will be a shipping charge upgrade which requires pre-paid status because the item will be shipped "freight paid" via a truck carrier. Some times multiple boxes may be a part of your total order and can arrive on different days and is out of our control. No C.O.D.'s and Debit Card charges to a third party are permitted. The customer is solely responsible for the correct drop-shipping address information.
There is a factor called Dimensional Weight used throughout the Air/Freight industry that considers density when determining charges. The following represents the formula used: DW = (L x W x H) / 166 If this number is > than the actual weight of the box, you will be billed for that weight ie. Handlebars, Seats, Fenders, Gas tanks etc.
Ground shipments that are less than 30# but measure over 84" in length and girth will have freight "OVERSIZE" charges equal to 30# ie. Seats, Exhaust pipes, Tires etc. DAMAGED GOODS:
Should you as the customer receive damaged goods the following procedure should be followed:
1. Keep all Cartons, Packaging, or damaged items.
2. Make a notation on the delivery receipt BEFORE the delivery carrier leaves and retain a copy.
3. Please notify AMEN Supply immediately.
4. Notify delivering carrier's Claim Dept immediately to settle claim. AMEN Supply will assist in providing any documentation required for claim.
5. If there is concealed damage, the delivering carrier must be notified WITHIN 24 hours. Ownership of the merchandise transfers at the F.O.B. shipping point. Therefore,
claims for lost or damaged items must be originated by recipient and are required to be made to the delivering carrier. NOT AMEN Supply.
EXCHANGE ONLY:
All electronic/electrical components are NOT returnable IF seal to package is broken. Also the following items may NOT be returned:
1. Alternator Rotors or Clutch Drums with magnets
2. Exhaust Pipes that have blued
3. Front/Rear Drive Belts
4. Used Fuel/Oil Tanks with broken tabs
5. Cables, Filters, Points, Rubber parts etc.
6. Part Books, Manuals etc.
7. Batteries containing acid
8. Open packaging ie. Gaskets, Bolts, "O" Rings etc.
However, all manufacture Limited Warranties will be honored to replace an item if faulty ie. material, workmanship, operation, finish etc, Products manufactured by
these companies will be forwarded to their factory for evaluation and inspection.
RETURNS:
You can request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) through the website. Please supply the following information: Order Number, Part Number and brief reason for return. The manufacturer reserves the right to exchange, repair, credit or return of the item to the customer at their expense. We cannot authorize exchange or credit of a returned part without the original manufacture's consultation. Some items must be forwarded to the vendor and are subject to the vendors time table. Please allow time for any additional processing for an item by them. Thank you!
